3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

• All e-book purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products.
• Refunds will only be issued in the case of duplicate payments or technical errors.

3.2 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be processed only under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If the e-book file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was deducted without the user’s consent, a refund request must be submitted within 48 hours.

3.3 Refund Process

• Users must raise a refund request via info.probtrade@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Valid refund claims will be processed within 7 business days.
